Responsibilities
- Nurture client relationships to generate more sales
- Prospect for new business by following up with leads
- Consistently reach out and nurture leads to grow opportunities
- Stay informed on local market knowledge
- Book and prepare for appointments
- Meet with clients to determine needs and sell homes
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions
- Close the best deal possible for clients
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License required
- Driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and social skills
- Highly organized with effective time management
- Technology-driven
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Compensation
$60,000 – $100,000 yearly
