Job Description
The Blood Team Realty Group is looking for a part-time Real Estate Runner. Our ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, be task/goal-oriented, willing to learn, as well as possess photography skills, ability to lift/install signs and other items, and other various tasks as needed to help support the needs of the team/office.
We are not just looking for an employee, we are looking for a great addition to add to our team! This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to enter the workforce and learn skills from a local top leading Real Estate team that has sold more than 900 properties to date.

Responsibilities
- Running errands as needed
- Placing and removing signage and lock boxes
- Property photo shoots and editing
- Weekly property checks and maintaining sign inventory
- Additional duties as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 35+ Lbs
- Be physically capable of installing and removing signage
- MA Driver's License
- High School Diploma / GED
- Exceptional driving record
- An eye for photography w/ Lightroom/Photoshop photo editing experience
Compensation
$16+ hourly
