Devan Naples

As Director of Operations & Finance, I work closely with the leadership team to drive the operational and financial success of Blood Team Realty. I focus on improving efficiency, developing effective systems, strengthening financial performance, and turning company goals into results. I bring a passion for problem-solving and helping teams work smarter and grow.

Having spent most of my life in Pepperell, I’m thrilled to be working with and serving the local community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters, cooking for my family, and taking long walks. I also love spending time at the beach, whether in Maine or escaping the New England winters in Florida.
